Mughlai cuisine was introduced to North India by the royal chefs of Mughal Emperors who ruled India from the 16th century. Cooking was elevated to an art form using combination of local produce, aromatic spices, Saffron, fresh fruits and nuts. Notable Mughlai dishes are Kebabs, Naans & Biryanis and use of Clay oven called Tandoor

Goan Specialities

Eat like a king in our private conservatory. The Maharajas were famed for their flamboyant lifestyles. They lived in marble palaces, rode elephants encrusted with jewels and threw legendary banquets for thousands of guests.

We can throw a private party for up to 30 people in our conservatory and even though we can’t promise elephants, we really do know how to lay on a feast!

We make to order sandwiches, baguettes and wraps which can be enjoyed at one of our tables with a handmade coffee or at the local mill pond watching the world go by.

We produce freshly made to order sandwiches, baguettes, wraps and salads using local ingredients where possible. We pride ourselves on producing all of our fillings in house to ensure the highest quality for each meal we make.

Our sandwiches are made on granary and farmhouse bread delivered to us daily from Westbourne bakery. Our wholemeal and white baguettes are cooked in house throughout the day.
